Description - 3 bedroom/2 bathroom second floor condo located on the south end of Iguana beach (Colorados), steps away from dipping your toes in the water. Located right by the beach club with infinity pool, Pili's Kitchen restaurant and bar.
The condo features A/C in all bedrooms and a commercial grade A/C in the Living Room to ensure you stay nice and cool on your trip. There is a 40-inch smart flat screen TV with cable TV, free wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, stove/oven.
The condo building has a generator which powers everything in the condo including A/C.
Sleeping Arrangements- Can sleep up to 6 people with 2 single beds in each bedroom that can all be pushed together to make a comfortable king-sized bed with an extra padding in between
Rates (Includes cleaning every second day)
